About Victoria
Hi, I’m Victoria, and I’m really glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to this page, there’s probably something on your mind. Maybe it’s big, maybe it’s small, maybe you’re not even sure yet. That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to reach out.
A bit about me: I’ve spent the last six-plus years working with teenagers, young adults, and expats and I love it. I’ve worked in NGOs, clinics, a school for the Deaf, an online high school, and with people through their work’s wellness programmes.
I’m registered with the HPCSA (South Africa) and the BACP (UK), and I see people in person in Cape Town or online, wherever you are.

I offer in-person individual or couple counselling sessions.
Individual In-person Sessions (50min): R750
Couples In-person Session (1hr/1hr30min): Ranges from R900-R1500.

Talks & Other Mental Health Support
I offer tailored school and corporate mental health talks and workshops. In addition, i can provide psychoeducational content, group debrief sessions and employee wellness sessions.
